loria Bentley has a reputation for creating learning and development infrastructures that enhance the human capacity of organizations.  The functions she designs enhance the skills and knowledge and attributes needed to achieve strategic goals.  Her work has won national recognition for her employers and clients.

In a succession of diverse businesses and Fortune 500 companies, she has enabled and enhanced human performance through job analysis, redesign, performance management and training.  Acknowledged as a thought-leader in the field, she was elected as National President of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) in 1991 and received the Gordon Bliss Memorial Award for contribution to the field, employers and society in 1996.  She has been a "Masters Series" presenter and author for the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) and has published many articles on performance technology, calculating return-on-investment for human resources development and on the design of corporate universities.
